1. How do I place an order?

All you need to do is browse! You can look for a particular type of item by browsing by category located along the top of the page. Our latest items are located under the New Arrival category link and you can filter your search by price (lowest or highest first), date (newest or oldest first), and seller's rating. Once you have found the item you want, select your size and click on the 'Add to Cart' button. You can either click on the ‘Continue shopping’ button or review the items in your cart by clicking on ‘Update Cart’. If you’re happy with the items in your shopping cart, click ‘Check Out’ to complete your order.


2. What payment methods do you accept?

We only accept payment via billplz. Please visit our Payment Method page for details.


3. Where do you deliver?

We offer shipping to Malaysia and other countries around the world.


4. How much does shipping cost?

Shipping rates differ based on the weight of the item(s) and the delivery location. The cost for shipping is calculated and displayed on the Checkout page before you complete your order. You can also find delivery costs on the Order Confirmation email and online when you view your order on the Order Status website.


5. How long does delivery take?

Standard deliveries take 1 to 3 working days for West Malaysia (Peninsular Malaysia) and 3 to 5 days for East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak) although this is not a guaranteed delivery time for your order. Some areas may take longer due to the frequency of deliveries to the delivery postal code.


6. Has my order been delivered yet?

Once your order has been processed and packed, we will email you a tracking number for you to keep tab on the status of your parcel at all times. This tracking number is sent to your registered email address.


7. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

If you have made payment and want to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately. Your shipping address cannot be revised after your order is shipped out. If you did not make payment yet, you can ignore the order with the incorrect shipping and replace a new order with your correct shipping address. The unpaid order will be cancelled automatically after the due day.


8. What is your returns policy?

Items purchased from Hana Dinara are non-returnable and non-refundable. However, if you received a damaged/defective item or you wish to exchange an item for a different size, please visit our Returns Policy page for details.
